Product Managers in product development often overburdened with requests sent by customers and prospects. They send requests by email, ask for features by phone, provide feedback in live meetings. Usually product manager has dozens of Excel spreadsheets, Word documents, hundreds of emails filled with requests. It is really hard to remember all expectations and important requests.
