QA Engineers works primarily with bugs, so TargetProcess provides several productivity tools for effective bug management.
Often QA Engineers submit bugs with screenshots attached. A manual bug submission process may look like this:

- Click Print Screen on the keyboard
- Start Paint or other drawing tool
- Create a new image

- Highlight something on the screenshot
- Save it
- Open a bug tracking tool
- Click Add Bug link

- Finally save the bug

- Highlight the area of interest on the screenshot
- Click the Submit Bug button
- Fill out required fields
- Save the Bug
